Students are required to obtain a Sports Permission Packet online or with the coaches on the day of the team meeting. Physicals must be accurate and current. They will be effective for the entire season. Please see our school nurse today to check on the status of your physical examination form. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to Ms. Jacobs.
