Alone in the World details the trials of orphans and Amity Middle School Orange MEDIA MATTERS Amity’s Summer Book Chat Café Readingto Meet Successful September 27th Students at Amity Orange participated If you enjoy reading and talking about wholeheartedly in the Governor’s Reading books, then this is the club for you! Book Challenge. Each year the school completes a Chat Café is a school club which meets in report for the Governor. This year the the Media Center after school from 2:18- report included the following data: 3:30 p.m. once a month on Tuesdays. The student body consists of 385 students. Our goal is to read and review new teen Of those students 381 students read the titles. After careful review, this club required two books. That computes to recommends the titles it deems the best new 98.9% of the student body! teen titles for inclusion on Amity’s Summer Reading List. Students turned in the titles of books read. The entire number of books read this Refreshments are always served so students summer totaled 2,142. GREAT JOB! can reflect on books and enjoy each other’s New Fiction Titles company. The club is run by Mrs. Nancy Goss, School Library Media Specialist at Orange & Mrs. Meryl Farber, Case Memorial Head Librarian. Students need a signed After School Permit.
